Where I'm at in the Pacific Northwest, Crocus are poking through the saturated ground reminding me it's time to dust off the gardening books and get my seeds started. But before I do I'd like to introduce you to one of the most playful authors.
I'm so excited to introduce Jane Elzey, an Indie published author of cozy murder mystery books. I met Jane almost a year ago at a writers conference. The tagline on her business card left me wanting to know more about her and her books. What was it? The Husband Always Dies. Oh my. . . I'm laughing as I type it. With no disrespect to husbands, her card stood out in a sea of author cards, like who is going to forget that card? Not me that's for sure.

The Cardboard Cottage Mystery series is a great read for mystery buffs craving armchair travel with a sisterhood now on the other side of middle age. It's a not-so-cozy mystery with games, fluffy cats, and women with southern sass.
