A. We start processing your order as soon as it's placed! Most items ship in as soon as 3 business days, but specialty items may take up to 15 business days. We include shipping times in the product description so you'll know when you can expect delivery BEFORE you order. Please see our dedicated SHIPPING PAGE for more details

Q. What is the cost of shipping? Where do you ship?
A. No matter how much your item costs to ship, you'll only ever pay $5 per item! We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Sorry, we don't ship to APO, FPO, or DPO at this time.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns unless otherwise stated in the item description. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date the item was sent out to you, as long as the item is unused, accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and returned in its original packaging. Make sure to hang on to your box until you are sure you LOVE your steal!
