⛰️2026 RMS Trail Running Team🏃‍♀️

One of our favorite events and experiences of the year is back: the 2026 Rocky Mountain Strength Trail Running Team!

We are heading into our 4th year of this team, and it truly gets better every season. Whether you’re a first-time trail runner or looking for your next big endurance challenge, this team is built for you. With expert coaching, proven running methods, and access to some of the best trails on the Colorado Front Range, this is a training season you do not want to miss.

This year, we’re taking our training back to where it all started — the 2026 Greenland Trail Race in Larkspur, CO.

✅Team Training Starts April 2nd
⚠️Last Day to Register: March 31st

Why Trail Running?

Colorado boasts some of the best running trails in the country and we’ll take full advantage of them. Expect no pavement, only dirt trails with rolling elevation gains and stunning scenery. We’ll explore South Denver’s natural beauty across hundreds of miles of trails, giving you a chance to decompress outside during beautiful spring days. Trail running is easier on the knees than pavement, better for the mind, and an incredible way to build strength through natural, wavering inclines.

What is the Race?

The Greenland Trail Race takes place on over 3,000 acres of Greenland Open Space off I-25 in Larkspur, CO. The entire course is run on wide, smooth dirt double-track trails. Runners pass through native grasslands, ponds, rolling Gamble oak hills, and ponderosa pine forests  all with outstanding views of Pikes Peak and the surrounding buttes. Race day is Saturday May 2nd!
