BEE TEA

1-1/2 oz Honey Whiskey
2 oz chamomile Tea
2 oz lemonade
¾ oz chamomile Tea syrup*
1 dash chamomile bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice.

Garnish: Lemon wheel with chamomile

JULEP NUT

2 oz Honey Whiskey
½ oz orgeat (make it at home)
6 mint leaves

Add 6 mint leaves, orgeat, and muddle gently. Add 2/3 cup crushed ice. Stir to incorporate. Add Honey Whiskey and more crushed ice. Stir to incorporate, then top with more crushed ice.

Garnish: Mint bouquet & mini Honey Stinger Wafer.

1-1/2 oz Honey Whiskey
3 oz pink grapefruit juice
¾ oz Goldswarm Honey simple syrup*
