Gratitude for the Body & Earth. In this special outdoor pop‑up class, I’ll guide you as we stretch outside behind the studio and let the environment support us and the ground beneath us, the open sky, the fresh air. A practice of grounding, softening, and appreciating what the body can do and the beauty around us.
Included in memberships, class bundles, or pay as a drop in. Shade and sunny spots available, props provided, all levels welcome. *Held indoors if it rains. |

Friday, May 8- FREE Walking Group. 9-10am |
Gratitude for the Outdoors. Join our lovely group as we take a slow, intentional walk together and let nature guide the practice: noticing light, air, sound, and the simple act of moving. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, and appreciate being a part of this community. This is a free, weekly walk leaving from the studio. |

Thursday, 6pm Yin & Meditation w/Laurie (in person & livestream)
We’ll begin with a gratitude meditation and sound bath to help the body settle. Then we’ll use simple, embodied moments of appreciation while we settle into Yin poses as reminders of: gratitude for support in forward folds, release in hip openers, breath in backbends, space in twists, and gratitude for the flow of energy and vitality throughout our practice. Friday, 10:30am Supported Strength & Balance w/Melanie A gentle practice using chairs and props to support strength and balance. Sunday, May 17 from 6-7:30pm w/Kim Ranly |
Step into a deeply nourishing experience honoring the New Moon; a potent time for renewal, intention, and fresh beginnings.
This workshop is ideal for all levels and invites you to rest in fully supported restorative postures while being guided through calming breath work. As the body softens and the nervous system settles, Reiki energy is offered throughout the practice to support energetic clearing, balance, and alignment.
