My vision for Dogwood Hill has ebbed and flowed over the years, but one constant has remained: a commitment to highlighting and elevating beautiful art through thoughtfully designed, impeccably crafted products. |
The company began ten years ago with my love for paper. Over time, as we accumulated an incredible library of art, I began imagining ways to give that art a life beyond paper products. Wallpaper felt like a natural extension—it is paper, after all! And what pairs more perfectly with wallpaper than gorgeous curtains or decorative pillows? Expanding into fabric was the next logical step. I also loved the thought of customers being able to purchase matching invitations, menus, place cards, gift tags, wrapping paper—and then extend the theme to tablecloths, napkins, or even dresses. The possibilities felt endless.

This dream led me on a years-long virtual journey around the world—ordering fabric samples, talking with manufacturers, and learning about the many printing processes available for both wallpaper and fabric. Staying true to our commitment to quality, I was determined that every material used, and every printing process selected would honor the integrity of the original artwork. Since this product development journey began during the pandemic, keeping manufacturing stateside became especially important to me. I ultimately partnered with a vendor based in the United States that shares our standards and attention to detail.

Now, after years of inspiration, dreaming, testing, and hard work, I’m thrilled to introduce Dogwood Hill’s first Wallpaper and Fabric Collection! It features art from our earliest years—patterns our customers have long requested to see on fabric and wallpaper. Many designs are offered in multiple colorways, and every wallpaper has a coordinating or matching fabric.

While we initially aimed to launch with over 100 patterns, we quickly realized that developing 38 thoughtfully curated designs was a more achievable goal for our first release. Don’t worry—the rest of the patterns are still in the works! We’ll continue adding new designs as they’re finalized, rolling them out in real time rather than waiting for future collection drops.

All wallpaper and fabric is sold by the yard, with a minimum order requirement of 5 yards for wallpaper and 2 yards for fabric.
