New Spring Schedule

Check out our online class schedule with daily offerings for building strength, flexibility, nervous system recalibration, calm, and peace within. Our studio is a safe space with gentle classes catering to all bodies and all levels.

 

We will be closed on Sunday, April 5 for classes but will offer Massage Therapy with Yalondra.

Pop-Up Classes

Get ready to try some new options this Spring and Summer with our pop-up classes. These will show up on the weekly schedule and are available for drop-in or as part of your pass bundles or memberships.

 

Class styles may include outdoor yoga in the field behind the studio, guided meditation, breathing techniques, advanced poses, etc. Check your schedule weekly ongoing for options, April-August.

The Community Nest Weekly Walking Group

Fridays 9–10am Beginning April 10, 2026

 

Join us for a casual weekly walk designed to spark connection, easy conversation, and a sense of community.

 

We’ll explore the nearby trails together, enjoying the ponds, trees, and the peaceful nature paths right outside the studio. We’ll plan to be back to the studio around 10am. Students are welcome to come inside the studio after to use the restroom, grab a cup of water/tea and continue conversations in our Community Nest space or leave right after.

Workshop Highlight: Core & Pelvic Floor Workshop

Curious how to support your pelvic floor in midlife? Ready to feel stronger from the inside out? Maybe you’ve noticed subtle changes. A little less stability, a little less trust.

 

Learn to build deep, functional core strength and responsive pelvic floor support by coordinating breath with intentional movement. Through standing, seated & supine poses, you’ll practice engaging and releasing to create connection and support that feels steady and integrated on and off your yoga mat.

 

Together we’ll explore:

  • Pelvic floor basics
  • Breath + engagement
  • Strength + softness
  • Accessible variations

You’ll leave with practical tools, greater confidence in movement and the ability to integrate core & pelvic floor awareness into every yoga practice. No yoga experience needed, appropriate for all levels.
